I wanted to support a local shop, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. After paying for an inspection, it took several days before they actually looked at my truck, despite having it in their possession. The delay made scheduling difficult and gave the impression that my time wasn’t valued. When I received the estimate, I was also surprised by the pricing. Both the parts and labor were higher than quotes I received elsewhere for the same work. The labor charges, in particular, seemed excessive and were difficult to justify. After comparing estimates, I chose to have the repairs completed at another shop. I understand that every business has different pricing, and I’m willing to pay more for quality work and good service. However, the combination of the long inspection delay and what I felt were unreasonable charges left me with little confidence in moving forward with them. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as better communication, more timely service, and more competitive pricing would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

I brought my 66 El Camino in for servicing. It was a great experience. The guys are professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Power Automotive to anyone. Whether it’s a newer vehicle or a classic, Power Automotive is the place to take your car first repairs and maintenance.

I brought my truck in because it was randomly going into limp mode without giving me any engine codes. As luck would have it reset itself the moment it landed in front of the mechanic shop. I was concerned that they could not troubleshoot it. Since there was no engine code and it was no longer in reduced power mode. After a regen and some other work I am back on the road wIth almost a hundred miles and no issues. Repair was not cheap but iif it has fixed the issue, I would be extremely happy. Car was in and out of the shop the next day. Great communication and quick turnaround. I would definitely bring my vehicle back. After having a short conversation with the owner, I gained a lot of confidence with this shop.

Great experience! The dealership wanted thousands of dollars, but Power Automotive did the job for under $300, saving us a significant amount of money for the holidays. (wiring harness repair) Richard was great, straightforward, and honest. I will recommend them to friends and family.

My favorite shop in Santa Clarita! Very honest and loyal to their customers. I will bring all my cars to Don! I had a 2015 Explorer with high mileage in and out of the AutoNation Ford dealership service department, which they would never call me back and would keep my car for a month and do nothing with it recently I had an experience where they told me my transmission was out and it was going to be over $8000. Something fell off so I found power auto and took my Explorer there to my surprise. It was a $200 fix power auto was honest and got the job done. I will be sending everyone I know to Power Auto for all their automotive needs! Thanks Guys!
